Step 1: Free Measure and Quote (Day 1)

One of our team visits your bathroom, takes measurements, and discusses your options (frameless, semi-framed, glass type, hardware finish). We provide a written quote on the spot or within 24 hours. No charge, no obligation. See our cost guide for price ranges before we visit.

Step 2: Confirm Your Order (Day 1-2)

We confirm your order and begin custom manufacturing. Every screen is cut to the exact measurements of your shower.

Step 3: Custom Manufacturing (Days 2-5)

Glass is cut to size, toughened to Australian Safety Standards, and hardware is prepared. Standard configurations: 3-5 business days.

Step 4: Installation (Day 5-7)

Our installer arrives at the agreed time and takes 1-3 hours. We drill into wall tiles if required, fix the frame or channels, hang the glass, apply silicone seals, and test the door. We clean up before leaving. For a comparison of installation time by screen type, see our cost guide.

Step 5: Handover

We walk you through the install, show you how to operate the door and hinges, explain the warranty, and provide care instructions. The shower is ready to use after the silicone has cured.

How to Prepare

Clear the shower area before the appointment
Remove any existing curtain or old screen
Ensure walls are dry on the day
Ensure the shower tray is fully set and sealed before installation
